Talking about Latvia. No its extreamly illigal to grow. Yes the first time offence is tehnicaly 280+ EUR for the first time but 5g of hallucinogenic mushroomsis considered as huge amount and will get you from 3-10 years in prison. In latvija you have to look on what is considered huge amount and frankly 5g is just that.
