Individual Retreats: 3-day retreat scheduled at your convenience. Receive personalized attention and support throughout the process.
Buddy/Pair Retreats: Bring a friend or a partner to experience the journey. This allows you to split the cost of an individual retreat between the two of you, making the experience that much more attainable financially.
Group Retreats: Join a pre-scheduled group or retreat and make new connections, or schedule a retreat for your own private group of up to 6 people.
3-day Retreat Structure:
Individual Intake and Virtual Preparation: We will identify your intentions for the journey, build grounding and resourcing skills, and prepare you for the journey. A group virtual preparation meeting will be held to introduce each other and begin to build safety and connection.
Day 1: Journeyers will arrive and we will have a group meeting over dinner to prepare for the next day.
Day 2: The Journey - we will set intentions, share support, and engage in an energy clearing and meditation practice for creating a safe and cohesive space. Afterwards, journeyers will convene for shared support and integration over light food and hydration. Group acudetox acupuncture will be available in the evening.
Day 3: Optional early morning walk and then group integration circle prior to departure.
Overnight accommodations and meals are included in the retreat. Transportation can be arranged separately if needed.
