Steven Twohig is a highly experienced shadow guide and founder of Mastering Change, the Shadow Tribe, and co-creator of Shadow Ceremony. With a dedication to the art of transformation and a lifelong study and practice of shadow work since 2000, Steven has gained a deep understanding of the power of this work for personal growth and development.

In his early career, Steven spent a decade working for and studying under Tony Robbins. During this time, he was able to blend his shadow work with Tony's strategic intervention, business strategies, integration, and implementation practices. His commission from Tony gave him a unique ability to run shadow sessions with tens of thousands of business leaders globally. Steven's extensive experience and expertise have allowed him to develop a specific framework for understanding the human experience and to train other guides to spread the practice around the world.

Currently, Steven is exploring the impact of shadow work on psychedelic integration, aiming to bridge the gap between traditional plant medicine and the Western mind. He has found a powerful synergy when practicing shadow work with the support of plant medicine. The integration practices leveraged over the course of a quarter of a century are proving vital for leveraging the deep work done with psychedelics.

He is the co-creator of the Shadow Ceremony, an intense weekend-long immersion process that initiates a practice designed to help individuals reclaim lost parts of themselves, heal wounds, connect with their deeper purpose, and break through resistance. The Ceremony is facilitated by the Shadow Tribe, a group of guides who have made the study and integration of shadow work their life practice. They also hold weekly integration sessions for those who want to explore how Shadow Work can enhance their life.

Steven's international speaking engagements have taken him around the world, teaching a blend of strategy, shadow work, and spirituality, which has helped him develop a unique perspective on the art of transformation. His extensive study in mindfulness, mindset, business optimization, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, group dynamics, peak performance, leadership dynamics, and unconscious communication has contributed to his expertise in guiding individuals towards their best selves.
