About Me:Chess Edwards is a Sedona-based Self Realization Guide and Meditation Teacher who Guides Breakthroughs in Personal Healing, Soul Awakening & Evolutionary Growth.

Description of Services:Utilizing the primary modalities of Self-Realization and Non-Duality teachings, meditation, breathwork and psychedelic journey medicines, I help free my clients of the limitations of their wounding, conditioning and programming so that they may be fully liberated to live as their most authentic and powerful Self. Basically we embark on a powerful journey of healing and awakening that quiets the mind and opens the heart.
I offer a unique and powerful combination of personal development healing and spiritual awakening empowerment. In this work we reveal and heal the childhood wounding that contributes to living life as a limited and reactive self. We explore and deconstruct the egoic identity that dominates your way of being in the world. Simultaneously, we awaken within you Who You Really Are. That is to say that we teach you how to access, embody, maintain and live fully as your most divine and liberated Soul Self.
I work with clients in person here in Sedona in private retreats, and in online sessions for a minimum of 3 month engagements. Typically my clients work with me for 6-12 months of deep, nourishing, liberating and spiritually enlivening work.
I work with individuals, couples and small intimate groups.
This journey of healing your ego and awakening your highest states of consciousness takes years of devotion, practice, patience, curiosity and dedication. I am here to help set you solidly and powerfully on the path to Ultimate Freedom, Absolute Peace and Embodied Love.

Overview of Protocol:Before your journey we review your life from a holistic perspective to ensure that you're aligning around a clear intention and reducing unnecessary distractions and obstacles to your growth and healing. Your journey is held in a sacred, safe and inspiring space only after we have spent a minimum of one day further clarifying your intentions, revealing any unhealthy or disempowering thought patterns and giving you a new and empowering way to perceive yourself and the world you are creating. For follow up integration, there is a minimum of 6 hours of coaching on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
