About Me:Career
For the last 20 years I have optimised my career to play the success game: I am a self-employed executive coach and organisational development consultant who worked for corporates like Microsoft, Adobe, KPMG, Sanofi Biologics, EON Energy and Lidl as well as European VCs and start-ups like Future Energy Ventures, Xempus, and Desolenator.
Calling
For the next 20 years I have started to play the impact and well-being game. I am a bridge builder between the existing system and the new one that clearly wants to emerge. Accelerated by the pandemic, I am on an exciting and also daunting journey of stepping into my purpose with love and power.
I sense that psychedelics and web3/DAOs have the potential to co-elevate consciousness of business people, so that we can co-create the regenerative renaissance. My current contribution to this movement is the Psychedelic Map For Change
Consciousness
Assisted by psychedelics, therapy and many other modalities, I have released mild PTSD from a near-drowning, healed significant childhood trauma, and freed myself from porn and weed addiction, busyness, and co-dependency.
I am grateful to live in a lush forest in the UK with the love of my life. Both aspects help me be in expansive energy states on most days. I am mainly experiencing life as a creator or co-creator: Life happens by me or through me - not to me. I am still working through my inner resistance to let go, to surrender and to trust the universe. I am 'doing my inner work' and the existential question I am asking myself is this: what kind of ancestor do I want to be?
Description of Services:Preparation and integration for business people
The actual psychedelic experience is 10% – preparation and integration are 90%. Hence, I focus on preparation and integration - with a special focus on entrepreneurs, business leaders and professionals. The PMFC (Psychedelic Map For Change) provides a macro-structure for you to become the embodied transformational leader you always wanted to be.
Bespoke transformation choreographies
I complement group preparation and integration calls (if any) that some psychedelic retreat centers offer, with an individual preparation and integration plan. For self-organized psychedelic journeys and ceremonies my support and companionship is even more essential. I know from personal experience and my first high profile entrepreneurial client that a bespoke choreography is what's needed for actual transformation

- core beliefs inventory
- purpose interview
- joint briefing of your partner or supporting friend ( I can't believe how little attention this gets!)
- non-medical risk assessment
- post-retreat diary planning for integration
- Q&A for the many psychedelic-specific questions you’ll have.
For psychedelic integration, my approach and package includes:
- 16/7 access for non-medical emergency calls
- hands-on somatic body healing and massage if local in UK
- Compassionate Inquiry therapy (after Dr. Gabor Mate via my partner Ruth Veda)
- Integrating your own unique Psychedelic Map for Change
- integration coaching with a focus on self-leadership, team leadership and organisational re-imagination

Intake Process:Step 1
45-minute call to understand your motivations, situation as well as checking chemistry. I will share my knowledge and wisdom with you.
Step 2
After the call you will decide if you want to work with me as your psychedelic integration coach. The next step is a medical intake form including life inventory questions. Based on that I will then decide if I can really help you.
Step 3
We then agree the fees and you pay 50% upfront to commence the work, which includes your private Miro-Board for step-by-step coaching.
Overview of Protocol:Bespoke Choreography
I complement group preparation and integration (if any) of psychedelic retreat centers and self-organized psychedelic journeys and ceremonies with an individual preparation and integration plan. We know from personal experience and our first high profile entrepreneurial clients that a bespoke choreography is often what's really needed. Many retreat centers are great, but not every 'set' fits into a group 'setting'.
Preparation support
For preparation, our approach and package includes: core beliefs inventory, purpose interview, joint briefing of your partner or support person, non-medical risk assessment, post-retreat diary planning for integration, and Q&A for the many psychedelic-specific questions you’ll have.

I was extremely well supported in my preparation and integration work with Marcus for a recent journey experience. His depth of experience as an executive coach combined with his knowledge of plant medicines gives him a unique ability to stand in both worlds. As we are not located in the same geography, I worked with Marcus virtually for the preparation and integration with someone else holding space for me during my journey. Despite him not being with me on my journey day, I found it very easy to make a connection with Marcus and have him support me before and after the experience.
Marcus is a real warm-hearted person and coach. He has convinced me completely on both the personal and professional side. With real interest, passion and dedication – I felt in good hands at all times (before, during and after the retreat). Our joint work gave me a lot of pleasure and most importantly: significantly promoted my personal development.
