This is co-creative experience through and through. We work with you to create the most optimal experience for yourself, helping to set you up for success so that you can receive as much benefit as possible while working with your chosen sacred substance. Our space holding sessions always involve a consultation, preparation support, the actual trip sitting itself, and integration support after the experience. Additional services can include micro-dosing support, psycho-spiritual coaching, and ongoing education.

CONSULTATION:
All of our work begins with an hour-long consultation. During this time, we will have a chance to go over general intentions, previous experiences and answer any questions you may have while we begin to build your client profile to get a better idea of where you’re at on your life path. We will also take you through our screening process to make sure that it is totally safe for you to do this type of work at this time (checking for contraindications, reviewing medical history etc.)

Choosing the right medicine
It can be overwhelming, especially if you are just stepping into the world of psychedelics. Choosing the right substance for not only your intention, but for who you are and what your life has been like is crucial in setting yourself up for success. We happily provide our clients with all of the information they need to make a well-informed decision for themselves.

Identifying and refining intentions
Often something calls us to a psychedelic experience, only to shift and evolve as we dive deeper into the why, and as we slowly open ourselves up to other possibilities or ways of being in the world. We will gladly offer gentle yet powerful inquiries to help deepen your process so you can get clear about what your prayer, intention, or hope is.

Creating an optimal format 
Sometimes what we do matters less than how we do it. We draw on experiences and teachings from traditional plant medicine lineages, as well as the modern insights gained from the clinical therapeutic trials taking place to help you envision an experience that is powerful and relevant to where you are on your path.

Grounding
Working with psychedelics helps us to open in deeply profound ways which can be liberating, expansive, and healing, but also jarring and intense at times, especially when returning back to "normal life". Grounding is the simple process of tuning into our innate connection with the earth, our sense of self, and the presence of now. Grounding after a peak experience is of utmost importance so that we can utilize the teachings received in a practical way. Even if you realize we are all God and that death is an illusion, you still may need to go to work and or care for your children. Grounding can help us return to these earthly obligations in the most graceful way possible, while still holding dearly and honoring the insights and revelations gifted to us through our work.

Unpacking
One of the many benefits of having a sitter or guide present is that someone will be there to witness your process, take notes if needed, and reflect back to you certain parts of the experience that sometimes tend to dissolve like a dream or simply get lost in the sauce. So much can come up in a psychedelic experience and unpacking is the first step in understanding our experience.

Finding meaning in your experience
Some of the visionary states that we can enter while sitting with plant medicine is often so abstract and otherworldly that it can sometimes be a challenge to extract meaning from the symphony of colors, sensations, and emotions that are a psychedelic experience. Maybe it was about you, your parents, your ancestors. Maybe it was totally transpersonal and you experienced the thoughts/feeling of a different person, an entire culture, or even a completely different species and you may ask yourself,  "How was that useful?"
Everything is relevant in medicine work. When we can find meaning in our experience we begin to
find even deeper meaning in our everyday life.
