 It is not easy to say what to expect, as the experience may be very different from one person to another, and a crucial factor is your intention for this retreat. Some people receive deep insight and are able to sort out traumas and relief depression. We are always beyond happy to help people transcend to a life of more joy and connection. Psychedelics under an intentional ceremony and retreat can be almost a whole different ballgame than when taken for recreational purpose, not that recreation cannot be healing in some instances, yet having a clear intention and putting in the effort before and after the retreat, as well as during the retreat by writing as much as possible, has the potential to flip things around for good for many people.

DAY 1- Check in at hotel is at 3PM, if you arrive earlier they can sometimes provide room earlier or otherwise take care of your luggage meanwhile you enjoy some tea on the rooftop. Our welcome meeting is at 430PM and shortly after our medical doctor arrives for a little chat, you will be provided your first threshold dosage and have a sound healing meditation, monitored by the doctor. This dosage is administered to test for tolerance and sensitivity and estimate the right dosage the next day.

DAY 2- After sunrise yoga and breakfast you will have a couple of hours of free time, the hotel provides access to Marina beach club included in your lodging, where they provide an umbrella and something to lay down on. In the mid morning we provide transportation to Ruta de Los Cenotes, a private space in nature where we host the ceremony.

DAY 3- We will practice breathwork at sunrise, a very powerful tool, in some cases even more effective than the plant medicine. We provide a bit of free time and on the early afternoon we take you for a jungle cenote and then to a jungle villa where they host dinner for us, a very unique and special place to see.

DAY 4 - This day starts with sunrise yoga, and shortly after breakfast we go to Ruta de Los Cenotes for our ceremony in nature. This day is the strongest as you will receive a Temazcal ceremony combined with the mushroom therapy. Temazcal is a native ceremonial sauna made with herbs. After temazcal there are optional booster dosages for whomever needs it, but also there is an optional therapy of smoke of Tepezcohuite, a ceremonial DMT which provides a similar benefit as of ayahuasca, yet since it is not consumed orally but via smoke, it does not cause all the digestive discomfort that ayahuasca is famous for. Facilitator brings some fresh fruits for after the ceremonies and has some friendly conversation with participants, although he is a very spiritual person, he is also very down to earth, relaxed and humorous man.

DAY 5- The last day starts with sunrise yoga and will have a closing circle with the yoga teacher, followed by breakfast and normal checkout time from hotel around 11AM, the manager is somewhat flexible to allow a couple of hours of late checkout if needed. Extra nights before or after the retreat at the hotel can be arranged at a discounted rate of 80 usd, or alternatively if you wish you can stay in the jungle villa where we host the dinner on day 3. *Transportation is the only thing not included in the package due to logistics as we kick-start the retreat, yet we are happy to give you suggestions.
