About Me:I believe in the innate healing wisdom within each of us, that knows what we've been through, what we need to heal, and how to move us forward in our lives. My approach is centered around nurturing this innate wisdom through non-directive and holistic modalities that allow a person to follow their own path of alignment and health through reconnecting with their self, nature, and humanity.
I've been in the mental health field professionally since 2006, obtaining licensure as an LCSW in 2013 and as an LAC (Licensed Addictions Counselor) in 2019. Having been trained in traditional talk therapy and behavioral modification modalities, I realized this was not enough to support people through transformation, releasing trauma, or recovering from addictions. And my own healing through trauma led me to seek out alternative modalities, plant medicines, and spiritual development.
This led to a mergence of therapeutic modalities to include eastern and western philosophies, centered around an individual's innate ability to heal, follow their intuition, and live in alignment with their purpose. I specialize in working with adult women who are dealing with unresolved complex trauma, overwhelming depression and anxiety, stress/burnout and ADHD.
I've received the following training:
-University of Denver, MSW, 2009
-Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), 2013
-Auricular Detoxification Specialist (ADS), 2016
-Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), 2019
-Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate, 2021
-Fluence, Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration, 2022
-Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI), Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Certification, 2023
Description of Services:I offer full psychedelic support services including preparation, guided journeys, and integration for individual adult women and small groups/couples. We work with natural plant medicine and ketamine for in-person journeys while preparation and integration is offered as a hybrid of in-person or virtual sessions depending on where the client is located and our goals for session.
I also provide onsite accommodations so you can stay overnight before and after your journey for a full self-care experience that allows you to focus on your healing journey without other distractions or responsibilities pulling you away.

Overview of Experience:Preparation: Through mindful preparation we build a solid therapeutic relationship and safe container for your healing journey. Our work helps you clarify your goals and intentions, alleviate anxiety, and build grounding and self-resourcing skills conducive to supporting you through your inner journey as well as supporting your integration process.
Guided Journey: Experience a therapeutic inner journey in the safety of a comforting home-like setting. During your personalized ceremony we will open with gratitude to those who have come before us, connect with the spirit of the plant medicine, and engage in a heart opening energy healing meditation and palo santo cleanse to prepare the mind, body and spirit for the journey. While relaxing to your own curated playlist and eye mask, you'll also be embraced with healing aromatherapy to support the deep inner work during your journey. After your journey, you have the option to stay overnight, which is encouraged for your own peace and integration, and included at no extra charge.
Integration: My foundational philosophy for integration is connection - with self, nature and others. We integrate mindfulness, intuitive development, and spirituality into this process, with the result being a deeper understanding of the inner psyche, trust in following your intuition, and a pathway of healing that flows in alignment and leads you towards further self-discovery, personal growth, and a sense of community, no matter how big or small that community is.Â
